It really depends on plant growth IMO. If you started in a 1gal, then 14-20 days roughly. If you went from a solo cup to 1gal then 7-14 days roughly. Again, it really depends on growth.
Be careful here. If you are up-potting from fabric you may lose some critical root mass. I would advise to use a plastic pot or other hard container so that the roots don't grow into to the pot itself and then during the up potting process you tear your taproot or do other damage. This could really stunt the plant or limit yield potential.
One more tip, If you are finding that the sides dry out and then just shed water through the pot, you can wrap the outside with seran wrap/cling wrap and it will help this issue greatly.
