I am currently grow two StarDawg plants under the Mars Hydro TSW 2000 and have noticed a few White spots on a bottom leaf on one plant. They are currently 24 days sense sprout growing in Fox Farm Ocean Forest with no extra nutrients added yet. The run off was just tested and showed a PH of 5.90 the water being added has been at a steady PH of 7. If anyone can identify this issue and suggest what corrective action I could take I would greatly appreciate it.

Kind of looks like damage you'd see from over watering.
Hi, this could just be from the soil being a little hot for the seedling and that should work it's self out.
The PH going in at 7 is just a touch high and you could probably lower that closer to 6.5, but a 7 PH should not cause too many problems unless that plant is very sensitive. Another possibility could be wind burn if you have a fan blowing on it too close. Are you using distilled or RO water, could be a calcium deficiency but she seem a little young for that.
So nothing really obviously wrong and she still looks healthy over all. Maybe lower the PH a bit and keep an eye on her and make sure to let her dry out between feedings incase she's just over watered.
