looks Like you are definitely watering to much only water when the pot is light this will also help with pest, rh could definitely be lower. Look under the leaves for bugs

Do you know what type of insect it is, looks like aphid but not sure without seeing them. @Mr. Grow It is doing a video on these I believe which will be very helpful to a lot of people.
