Why is this happening to my plants

All but the last one look heavily seeded. Seeds don't mean the plant is useless though. Even the male is useful. You can make edibles with it. Unfortunatly, true males put out way more pollen than hermies. On the plus side, all the seeds you'll get will still be usable. You wouldn't want to use seeds from a hermie.

well I'll try to do edibles, at least it won't be total waste. And ofc I won't use the seeds, thanks again

They look like they are about 4 weeks in flower. If you hit them with a bloom booster you could still get the calyxes to stack more. You'd have to hit them like right now though.
