I'm considering having a worm bin. If I out them in the soil im planning to use for my plants (fox farm ocean forest soil) is that a positive? Is there a benefit? Also is there any benefit to having worms in my pots with my plants. I'm growing inside in tents. I thought maybe they aerate the soil and leave castings behind but maybe I'm just high and over thinking it. Thanks in advance.

I agree with Mr.G. although I use 5 gallon fabric pots and the worms seem to climb out alot. I will always find 1 or 2 dried up ones under my saucers.
Absolutely! Many growers use worms in their gardens for the reasons you mention.
