What's the proper/accepted method for weighing your harvest? Moisture obviously makes a difference. You know, surfers measure waves different like in Hawaii you measure the back of the wave and the culture is to underestimate. What's the norm in the growing community?

I weigh mine after it has been fully dried and trimmed. I do the weighing as I am putting it in the jars for the cure.
