Sensei soil lite had a damping off issue so I was told to starve them but gave them some water yesterday do you have a preference on how much I should water them

I gave them some water and some nutrients like cal mag fish and kelp and the medium is sensei soil lite i was told best for seedling so they don’t over dose on nutrients

I’m using the hlg 600 r spec and I gave them a little bit of water should I move light closer?

Lights are 48” away and temp is at 77 degrees
