I read your book and was curious for Autoflowering seeds would you do any type of low level stress training? Trying to get best yield I can with Bruce Banner but also will be my first grow so wanted your opinion

I live in a state where you can grow 4 plants so am getting a 4X4 grow tent and want to get a LED light for lower electric bill but what LED light would you recommend for that size tent?
