I have an AC infinity cloudline s6 - I think they have the ability to come with a controller but I didnt purchase it T-T Oddly enough I was advised to just keep it on 24/7 bc everytime it turns on and off im creating a chance for the fan to break. Besides a higher elctric bill do you think there are any downsides to keeping it on 24/7?

Yeah the parameters can go as low as 35 I think, but it still will fluctuate if I put it lower. Ive previously tried 40% and it bounces between 40-60 for whatever reason if I have it inside the tent it will always go up to 60 while on then take it down to whatever parameter I set than back up to 60 again

Do you use it inside or outside the tent? The one Im using is also 1500 sq ft and I use it inside the tent but the humidity will fluctuate 10% constantly (pic related) Ive been trying to avoid having my inline fan on 24/7. During lights on when my inline is active I dont have this issue. Its when lights and inline go off and I try to rely on my dehu to keep the humidity in check is when this happens. My dehu will keep it in check but like I said fluctuates about 10% every 5 mins which cant be good for the machine id imagine

I dont think so. Although I was told that if youre using calmag add that first then wait 15 mins then add your other nutrients then wait another 15 mins before watering. Not sure what this accomplishes or if its really helpful but it was passed on to me from a more experienced grower 🤷‍♂️

True that. I must of had a fuck ton of build up. Ill definitely keep the same approach in the future rather than flush all at once just to be safe. Is there anything I can do to prevent this in the future?

I wound up having to do the full 21 gal flush that brought me down to 1.6 and 1.9 EC. I was a lil skeptical after the first 7 gals made it go higher but at the end everything worked out. Thanks again 🤙

Hey just wanted to follow up to this as I noticed something that was weird to me - I did an 8 gallon flush per plant and noticed that the ppm actually came out higher after the flush. Is that normal?

Ok gotcha, so flush 7 gal at a time until I get 1.7 EC. Once done flushing let pot dry until next watering and do a light feed. I think I got it. Does it make a difference that Im in fabric pots btw

Someone on a seperate forum said to flush with 3x the volume of the containers theyre in. Which would be 21 gal since theyre in 7 gal pots. Is that right? Sounds like a lot. Also would it be ok to flush with tap water in your opinion

I figured out the ppm pen im using is actually testing TDS so its using the 500 scale. Converting that to EC gives me 2.4 for plant no1 and 2.9 for plant no2. The ph results are in the attachment photos which to me look to be around 5.0-5.5 for both

Ok I got the tests done. I only had access to Ph test strips for the time being unfortunately. The ppm I have a proper meter thankfully. Ive attatched the results as pictures For plant no.1 which had the more blackish/grayish discoloration the ph and ppm came out as the following PPM 1209 PH 5.0-5.5 range? Plant no.2 which had the more orangeish discoloration came out as PPM 1490 PH 5.0-5.5 range? Color is subjective and im aware the test strips arent reliable so please look at the pictures tell md if you think that it looks like a different Ph range

I use either RO or distilled water whichever is available. For this grow however Ive only used distilled. When you say test the ph & ppm of the medium youre saying to test the soil not the runoff right? Or do I have that backwards
