I grew two white widow plants at the same time. One free big and strong and was harvested two weeks ago. The second is stunted. I’ve had issues with fungus gnats. Here’s a picture of her at 14.5 weeks… trichomes are still clear and there’s rust spots on the leaves. It doesn’t seem to have grown much in the last two weeks at all. The buds are small but dense. Do we think it will get bigger? How much longer should I wait? I don’t want to scrap it but I’m worried it’s no good.

I would keep checking the trichomes and let her go a little longer. I think she looks like she could use another week or more maybe.
I would be more worried about the spots on the leaves if she was younger, but I think you have enough green on her to power through to the end.
Maybe it was the Gnats that slowed her down, but it is not unusual for different seeds of the same strain to express different genetics. I planted 3 Autos of the same strain once and two looked identical but the third looked completely different.
