As long as the temps allow, I'de say go 100!! just move the light up accordingly. I believe you can be right about 700-900 par. If you have a meter. If not do the old inside arm under the light leave it for about 45sec and see how you feel. If you like it the plants like it. Just my 2cents, Always!
