i have ordered the tsw2000 from mars hydro but for now i decided to try one grow on the vipar 450 reflector. but on the manuals distances i was seeing problems so i wasted 10 days to find the right height and still not sure. the problem is that they test them on 4x4 tents so when you install it on a 2x2 all the numbers are different i guess .
at the end i decided to get the lumens with the sensor of my phone and convert it to par .
i found this site where i can select the type of light .

The rule is to always follow the manufacturer's recommended light distances. Well, general rule lol. What grow light are you using? The listing should have recommended distances and/or a PAR chart for guidance. Pics of heat stress and light burn: https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/heat-light-stress
