What size container are you in? Assuming you're in a 3gal or 5gal, the nutrients in FFOF soil should last 20-40 days. 750-950ppm should be fine then.

After looking at the feed chart, it seems you could. FFOF will have nutes in the soil for the first 30-40 days but you should be fine after.
