Ive had some delays(negative plant stresses) and feel like I’m behind maybe 2-3 weeks of flower. My question is: can I extent bloomin/flowering stage to compensate for that lost time for flower development or at this point should I cut my losses and not extend the time to see it they bounce back a little. Right now they are in week 8 but look like week 5. Strain is Gorilla Glue. Stresses were late defoliating and some white powdery mildew.

I was taught you let her go until your pistils are turning color and shinking back in towards the flower. The trichomes are not always the best indication.
You have to remember Trichomes will continue to change as the curing process occurs and this will change the color as well.
You also have to remember that the recommendations of the breeder/seller are a guideline. They had a better set up than you (probably), and they will have different results than you. Most growers/breeders still use all HPS, so LEDs are going to do different things. Plus they have some pro running their fancy this and that. You have to get a feel for the environment that you create and how things grow in it. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower.
Good Growing.
Pistils are still white so let it grow longer until some trichomes are amber On buds not leaves.
Hi, just let her keep growing until you start seeing amber trichomes, I don't think there is much you can do about how long it will take.
What were you planning on doing to extend the flowering stage?
