Finding grow medium in Australia

Hey there,

I'm having a hard time finding a good grow medium in Australia. I don't have access to any foxfarm products or anything mentioned on this website. I've tried to find soil/fertilisers with the 5:1:1 or 8:4:4 NPK ratio, but haven't had any success.

Does anyone have any Australia specific help?

ok so in general it doesn’t matter what the P & K are, as long as the N is higher than the others?

I bought your book, so I’m following that, so thought I’d do soil for first time and for the nutrients General Hydroponics (FloraGro + FloraBloom + FloraMicro) is available here so I thought I’d get that

That's correct. The plant likes lots of nitrogen while in the vegetation stage. In flowering is when it likes a lot of phosphorus and potassium. Good choice on the nutes. Let us know if you have any other questions
