Depends on the size of the grow pot you’re currently in and what size you’re transplanting into. Do you have a TDS tester so you can check the PPM of the runoff? A week or so after transplanting you can check the runoff PPM and get an idea of how many nutrients are still in the soil. That will give you a general idea of when to feed.
I've seen Mr grow it say if your transplanting into fresh soil you shouldn't need any nutes right away I use ffof as well and I think I didn't give any nutes for at least 30 to 40 days but im still learning my friend
