Not happy with my cheap grow light Gixxer 600w LED. In 12 wks of flowering for a 9 wk flowering strain and trichomes are still clear and not impressed with bud development. Would changing to a Mars Hydro TS 1000w LED at this point make any difference?

While the new light is more intense, it probably also comes with more heat. Light, Heat and Humidity is like a three legged stool. Look up a VPD chart and ensure you are providing the relative humidity in the room at the proper level for the leaf temp your new light provides.
