Is this bugs or nothing to worry about??? I can’t tell if it dirt specs or a pest problem please help! I’m growing in coots recipe soil no topdressing yet only water. Humidity around 70 and temp 80! Please help!

Assuming nothing is moving, I'm still thinking it's dirt. Try knocking/shaking/wiping some on to a piece of white paper for a better look.
The Jewelers Loupe will help, glad you got one, you wont regret it.
Neem oil helps with a lot of problems, but you need to know what you are fighting before you pick your ammo.
