How is my plant looking? Long time smoker, newbie grower. Is there anything that looks concerning??

Negative on the purple stem, some do that and some dont. I never pay it any attention.

Should i be concerned about the purple in the stem?

Iam useing about 300watts and about 2ft above the plants.

Looking good! What light do you have it under and what is the distance from the top of the plant?
