Hey guys, with overwatering being a huge issue when growing cannabis, I wanted to see how much everyone waters as I'm concerned I may be giving my plant too much water. I'm in a 5 gallon fabric pot using soil mixed with some coco and perlite. It takes about 6 quarts of water to get around 10-15% runoff, which I only do every 4th of 5th watering since I'm using organic nutes. Most of the time I just give it a gallon with no run off, but I'm wondering if I should give it less, so I can feed more often then every 4-5 days? Thoughts?

I currently run 3-gallon pots and with my plants in flowering, I give about a 1/2 gallon every 2-3 days. When I run 5-gallon pots, I give about 1-gallon every 3-5 days. If you do decide to water more often, you may want to reduce the amount of water you give each time. I'm sure you know this but others may not; cannabis doesn't grow well when the medium is saturated at all times.
