I have only been growing for 2 years and fortunately I got to start with led and never got to use hps or hid myself.(other than seeing friends plants.) I use the roi- e680 from growers choice. Pricey light but after I watched Mr.Gs review and par meter videos I was sold. It is easily the single best investment I have made in my setup yet.
