Hi! this is my first time growing. My plants
Seem happy and healthy in their environment I have for them. they are about 2-3 weeks And I am only using FOXFARM OCEAN FOREST soil with no extra nutrients in the soil nor water. The water I use is at a ph of 6-6.6ish and the ppm in my water is at 147ish. I was curious what my run off ppm would be and it was in the 2000’s! Is this normal? My plants are in solo cups and they are healthy for the looks of it, no yellowing or toxicity.

Yes, that's normal.
Stay away from miracle grow. It has time release nutrients and they are not at the best proportions for cannabis. 99% of people I know that have used it ( Mostly newbies ;) ) have not had very good results. Just my 2cents. Good Growing!
FFOF has all of the nutrients you will need for the first 4-6 weeks of your grow. Since it looks like you will be transplanting you most likely will not have to feed nutrients for quite a while. After you transplant in to your final pot start measuring the runoff PPM around week 4-6. In my latest autoflower run I didn't have to start feeding nutrients until about week 5 or 6 I believe.
Fresh FFOF has pretty strong nutrition. If there is no plant issues I wouldn't worry to much about ppm this early in the game. Keep the ph balanced and you'll be good for a bit.
Hello and welcome. Good luck with your grow. I also use FF Ocean Forest and ,although I haven’t tested PPM straight out of the bag, I have heard that it is “hot” straight out of the bag. You should be fine from what I’m reading. As your plants grow they absorb what they need as it’s needed from the available supply. Try and update as you go and from what it sounds like everything is cool Perhaps some pics would help to get a better idea of how it’s going
