About 2 weeks into the flowering stage and my three plants are 22, 19, and 18 inches tall. Starting to get some nice looking buds but I'm concerned about the lack of size on the plants. Will attempting to compensate for this lack of growth through increased nutrient intake do more harm than good? Does anyone have any viable solutions, am I doomed? Would love to know.

Lots more information is needed in order to properly diagnose. What grow light are you using and how far away is it from the top of the plants? What is the pH and PPM of the soil runoff?
How long did u veg for?
