@kingbeeezy91 I take them off if they are 75% or more dead. Overall your plant looks pretty good. I would be a little worried about the shiny leaves that are excessively dark as those are signs of nitrogen toxicity. The other markings look a lot like phosphorous deficiency.

Is that powdery mildew on some of the leaves? Can you tell us what the runoff pH and PPM is? Also, a pic of the plant may help us to properly diagnose.
