Hi, looks like a fungus gnat. 4 is not a big deal and that's exactly what those yellow stickies are for.
Keep a lot of those yellow traps around and let you soil dry out real good between the next couple of waterings also make sure you have good air flow below the canopy. That should take care of it.
If you get a large increase in the number gnats caught in the yellow sticky traps, then you may want to look into Neem oil and Diatomaceous Earth.
Go ahead with your transplant, a few gnats shouldn't be a problem.
