I live in VA and we just got it legalized to grow up to 4 plants so decided to give this a shot. Had some random seeds laying around and threw one in a 5 gal bucket with cheap soil and sat it outside which is looking to be a failure (charlie brown Christmas tree). I started looking into just growing inside and bought this Cheap LED light prior to me doing my research but starting to think it was a mistake.
