Thats better, when it comes to watering, you can kind of treat those cups like a pot and pick it up and feel its weight. When dry and wet. This is one of the main ways I check mine.
at this point if you have a spray bottle i'd spray the top of the soil maybe twice a day lightly for a week or so . she's mostly building roots now & you don't want the soil to be too wet . let the roots grow & seek out the moisture. damp but not soaked looks like you can add more soil to the solo cup it doesn't look like there's a whole lot of soil in it
@shaw076 thanks im going to fill her up right now then give her a few sprays I just got my humidifier does that water in there need to be the Right ph as well?
@shaw076 I agree with @shaw076 , and I'd add maybe bring the humidity up for a couple weeks. I'm usually in 55-65 range for seedlings and sprouts once they're out of the dome.
spraying the top of the medium 1-2 times a day should be fine. Humidity above 60% up-to 85% is good for seedlings in their first 2 weeks.

You definitely need to fill her up!
