Could just be nutrient mix splashed on the leaf like you mention; the plant looks great other than that. Doesn't seem like much to worry about unless the damage is spreading.
Without any other information, I would guess it's a minor PH issue. Are you feeding her CalMag, if not it could be a calcium deficiency. If your PH is ok and you are using CalMag I would just keep an eye on things. You could be right about it being drops of nutrients, but let us know if you see it get worse or it spreads to other leaves.
Other than that one spot, your girl looks nice and healthy so I wouldn't stress about it.
@Cap Stone I feed calmag with every watering. In soil I keep my PH at 6.5 or as close as possible and always check my runoff. The under side of the leaf isn't affected, which gives me even more hope. Thank you for the lightning response!

Sounds like you have everything covered. Just keep an eye on it, I would only really be concerned if I saw it start to appear on other leaves.
I think it might just be nute splash on the leaf (pretty please). I found my loupe and got a closeup.
