Is there such thing as too tight?
Are these ok? i am aming for ~300 PAR, leaf temp is 72F.
( I accidentally pushed down too hard and the leaf snapped off. But already have new growth. Also would you top? they are about 17 days from germination.

Looks good to me. You will get better growth if you increase the leaf temp to 80-82F and by now I'm sure they can take more PAR. Nice job so far
