I would refrain from watering directly on the seedling. Those water droplets could act as a magnifying glass and burn the plant. Not sure If that's what caused it but def a possibility. Don't worry to much about them leaves since they are gonna die off regardless.

Is that the leaf or the seedling case still on the leaf? See if you can peel it off.
