So I may have screwed up my next run already. Dropped 9 seeds into some RO water Saturday at 730pm. Ended up working at 12 hr shift last night and forgot about them until just now. When I get home at 8am it will be just over 36hrs of being water. Will they be ok ?

If they sank to the bottom they are probably dead. If they were still floating then they are fine. Might just want to fold them in a wet paper towel and stick it in a sandwich bag next time. Easiest way to pop seeds.
