Hello community and Chris! big fan of your YouTube Mr. Grow it! I recently watched your feature on TheDudeGrows and you talked about amending AlfAlfa meal and insect frass into your soil. My question is about the insect frass. I’m planning on using Gaia green for my organic nutrients and I was wondering when you would add your insect frass? from the beginning? do you continue to add threw out the whole grow? thanks very much!

I just add in the initial amending. I also top dress with it before flower and that's about it. Cheers!
