Hello, I'm new to growing. I'm just over a week in veg and my one plant, that I thought was doing great, started to wilt.

Strain- White widow
Soil- fox farm ocean
Pots- 5 gal
Water- light sprayer when top few cm of soil is dry.
Light- 300w led
Tent- 2x4

Did you recently water the plant? I get that sometimes when I've just watered. What grow light are you using and how far away is it from the top of the plants?
