Hello,I was wondering when a good time to Top is, before or after watering? Or can I do it whenever? Does time of day matter as well like middle of lights on or right when the lights turn on. Thank you for any help

Might be best to do right at lights off. Difference is probably marginal though. You should always do it around the time you water.
